Hints and locations for staff pieces:







Spoilers, duh.













First staff piece:

Location: Ghost forest.
Requirement: blue potion

Where exactly:
In the large room before tower where you get magic boots, go into top-right room with circling ghost.

Puzzle solution: 
Use blue potion and jump on top of the ghost, when it moves to highest point, jump and you'll reach the secret room above with the staff piece. 

Quickly jump to the moving platform and then on top of the staff piece before it falls off, you can use yellow potion to make it easier.

Second staff piece:

Location: Spider forest
Requirement: Magic boots

Where exactly: 
There are many ways there, but fastest one is from the starting room, head down-right exit and move forward(Shadax's PoV) until you reach the green room, from there move along the path until you reach the purple room.

Puzzle solution: 
From top-left exit, quickly hit the crystal ball so that it moves 1 and half blocks towards the other exit of the room, to stop the crystal ball jump over it and block it, then you bump it towards the staff piece so that with right timing the staff piece lands on top of the crystal ball.

Third staff piece:

Location: Tower of doooooom
Requirement: Magic boots, one of each potion, detonator 1 (turquoise)

Where exactly: 
First, you need to hit detonator in the red room in Forests outer edge (area with Trolls), which is located far North-West from the starting room(going straight "up" from the starting room), there are many ways to get there.

This removes the blasting bomb from far South-East part of the outer edge(opposite of the red room), from starting room take bottom-right exit and go along one room, there are many other routes there. There follow the path and the staff piece is at the end of it.

Puzzle solution(s):
The blue room: Use blue potion and ride on top of the spike balls.

Yellow Room: Quickly jump over the first spike ball, then use yellow potion just as the blue spike ball is at the lowest point but before the block disappears, then move along the path and grab the block(if its in mid-air jump on top of it, press A+B to grab and jump at same time) and move on top of the escalators and use the block to reach the room above.

Purple room: First open the menu and select purple potion, then use the crystal ball to move across the room, before you hit the blasting bomb, jump, press start to use the purple potion and move to the block and move along the path to reach the room above. You may have to awkwardly hold the controller in order to do this.

Green room: Use green potion to reveal the hidden blocks and jump along the path and jump on the moving block to reach the room above.

Black room: At this point 90 degree jumps should be easy.

Fourth staff piece:

Location: Dusk demon castle
Requirements: Magic boots, key2

Where exactly: 
From starting point go to the top-right exit and go forward few rooms(from Shadax's PoV), or from outer edges red room with detonator take top-right exit.

There are four large rooms, connected by small corridors.
Lets call them left, top, right and bottom. Each of these has hidden entrance to the caves areas below them.

Then there is one large room in middle of them, you can access it from one of the caves areas.

Puzzle solution:
Go into the "left" large room, one with 9 large spikes, one of them is fake.

The fake block is the top-most one, jump on top of it to fall down to the caves area.

In the Endless maze loop, you start in the red room, if you move into any rooms you enter into green room, and from there into blue room. In the blue room, if you go forward you end up back in the red room, but if you go backwards in the blue room(s), you'll end up in an brown room with Key2. From the brown room you get into the purple room and that leads back to the red room. There are two secret rooms that you can access from the purple rooms, can you find them?

Anyway, head back to the large spike room, from there go into the "right" large room with circling green tusk demon, carefully move next to it and jump to steal the block its carrying, use that to get into the corner with entrance to the caves area, from there head to the top-left entrance, in the next room new entrance has appeared with the key2, follow that path to reach the staff piece. To make across the room, grab the block, jump towards the other side, and in mid-air press A+B while moving to jump off the block to essentially to do an double jump.

Fifth staff piece:

Location: Rubix cube
Requirements: Magic boots, detonator 2(green), key1

Where exactly part 1:
From starting room go into the top-right entrance, in the large room use the crystal ball to reach bottom-right exit.

Wheres the detonator?:
From starting point go to the top-right exit and go forward few rooms(from Shadax's PoV), or from outer edges red room with detonator take top-right exit.

There are four large rooms, connected by small corridors.
Lets call them left, top, right and bottom. Each of these has hidden entrance to the caves areas below them.

Go into the "top" room with three circling dusk demons, fall into the hole to reach the caves area below.

From there head into the top-right entrance, then in the blue room bottom-right and follow that path, in the purple room don't fall down but head to the room where the moving platform takes you. follow that path and you reach the detonator 2(green). Now you can head to the Rubix cube(see part 1 above).

Puzzle solution in the caves area:
In the yellow room, you can safely grab the block off the blue tusk demon by pressing A+B at same time, then drop it on top of the red tusk demon, and while riding the red dusk demon, when you are on the same line as the block stack, press A+B to grab and jump at same time and move towards the block stack, at peak of the jump press A+B to do double jump to reach the top of the block stack.

Puzzle solution(s) in the rubix cube:
From starting room go into the top-right entrance, in the large room use the crystal ball to reach bottom-right exit into the rubix cube.

Move along the area, in the room with chasing leg demon and yellow block in the top corner, grab that and jump on top of the moving block and use the block you grabbed to reach the room above. In the room above that take the top-right entrance and follow it until you reach dead end with the key1.

In the key room, grab the block and use the block in the opposite corner to drop it on top of the leg monster, and use that to ride to the key and grab it. Now backtrack to the green room and go into the bottom-left exit and follow along it.

After using the teleporter, in the question mark room head to the exit (bottom-left) that now appeared with key1.

In the purple room, notice the block holes, they are shadows of the blocks in the room above, use those as guide where blocks are in the dark room, you can also see the blocks in that dark room by using any potion thanks to the flash effect. Jump from block to block to reach the staff piece.

Sixth staff piece:

Location: Remains of the old castle
Requirements: magic boots, 5 staff pieces, key3, key4

Where exactly: 
From the red room with turquoise detonator in the outer edge(forest with trolls), take bottom-left exit, move along one room and now with 5 staff pieces sprites has appeared and take the top-left entrance on top of the block stack.

Puzzle solution(s):
Grab the blue block and drop it on the top of the troll and use that to reach the top of the block stack. In the next room drop below.

In the underground area, take either route until you reach the room with key. To get the key, simply just jump over the magical worm. Now sprites appears in the green forest area and move across and take the teleporter.

In the maze, head south-east(downwards) until you reach the blue large room with key4.

In the key room, with careful timing move clock-wise and jump over the magical worm and grab the key, you can use blue potion to make it easier.

The key4 makes some entrances/exits to appear or disappear.

If you pay attention to the in-game map, there are two "circles" (and now after key4 third one has appeared), in middle of the nearest one from the key room(purple corners and dark turquoise middles) is teleporter which leads to the exit, to the spider forest. Near the entrance with credit(yellow corners and dark brown middles) in the middle is the sixth staff piece.

Alternative secret way to the ruins of the old castle:
One of the keys makes block appear in the purple castle area you can enter from the spider forest... 
With the grab jump trick you can get on top of the block stack, or just use the yellow potion.

Where the hell is Morbius?

Location: The final maze
Requirements: Magic boots, 6 staff pieces, detonator 3(grey), full yellow potion(optional but makes things easier)

Where exactly: 
From starting point go to the top-right exit and go forward few rooms(from Shadax's PoV), or from outer edges red room with detonator take top-right exit.

There are four large rooms, connected by small corridors.
Lets call them left, top, right and bottom. Each of these has hidden entrance to the caves areas below them.

In the bottom room, one with white block, theres hidden hole behind the support-beam thingy thats entrance to the cave below, go through that area until you see new entrance that appeared with six staff pieces.

Puzzle solution(s):

Take bottom-left exit from the first underground room.

In the first puzzle room:

Intended solution, but harder execution, but easier jump timing across the room:
1. hit the moving blue platform from below
2. grab the pink block
3. move next to the floating green block
4. do an grab jump* and move on top of the green block
5. quickly do another grab jump and move on top of the moving blue platform
6. drop the block while on the moving blue platform, stand on top of the dropped block
7. now when the moving thin platform and the block stack lines up, do the grab jump and move towards the block stack and after the first jumps arc do double jump*
8. if done correctly, you should land on top of the block stack with room to spare(originally the block stack was taller)

Easier setup but the jump across has stricter timing:
1. grab the pink block
2. move next to the floating green block
3. do grab jump* and jump on top of the floating green block and quickly jump on top of the moving blue platform
4. when the moving blue platform and block stack lines up, jump across towards the block stack and do double jump with the grabbed block*

*while holding an block, press A+B in mid air

Alternatively, you can cheese the whole thing with yellow potion, but wheres the fun in that?

Second puzzle room:

Use the crystal ball to move across the room, to stop the crystal ball, move in front of it to stop it, repeat it until you reach the exit.

Third puzzle room:

Use the crystal ball to get across, sides of the large spikes dont hurt you so its easier than it looks like.

Fourth puzzle room:

Jump on the blue moving platform, use it to get across and jump to the block on the corner, and from there on the green moving platform.

In the next room if you have all six staff pieces, entrance has appeared on top-right side.

In the Final maze, there is spefic path you need to take to reach the final detonator(grey).

In the second room, jump on top of the skeleton to get across, be careful not to hit the moving platform as it can knock you off.

In the yellow wide room, take the top-left exit by doing 90degree jump or use purple potion.

In the next purple room, grap the block, drop it to the two-block stack, use grab jump twice to get across(first grab jump while standing on the dropped block and second in the mid-air), or use yellow potion.

In the orange room with spike floor, take the top-right exit.

In the yellow room, first enter the bottom-right exit and grap continue, then return.

Time the jump across the gap so that you land on the moving spike ball when its at its lowest point, you can use yellow potion to make it easier.

Now you should be in the purple rooms upper level, take the bottom-right exit.

In the next red room, use the blue moving platform to get across and drop to the top-left exit, remember that spikes dont hurt player from the sides, the fallin' block can make this bit easier.

In the next small green room top-left exit leads to the detonator, while top-right leads to the exit of the area, but head for the detonator area and in the next room take top-right exit.


The next area is three room high tower, you have to ascend it and then on the top floor jump in the middle and fall down to hit the detonator which opens up path to the Morbius.

In the lowest brown room, ride the block to the next floor.

In time middle purple room, jump across the disappearing blocks to land on the moving while platform, this one will fall down if stand on it, you can slower its descend by repeatedly jumping. Use it to get into the purple moving block and ride it to the next floor.

In the top yellow floor, bump the crystal ball across the room and ride it, just before the final large spike on the floor drop in front of it to land on the falling white block, very quickly dump it back and jump on top of it and ride back. The timing is very strict. Now bump and ride the crystal ball towards other side of the spike wall, but in the middle of the room jump towards the dead-middle of the room.

You should now be in the middle of the room and fall down to the middle of the lowest brown floor and hit the detonator, and walk off(dont jump or you hit the spikes in middle room).

Now backtrack to the tiny green room and take the top-right exit.

In the yellow room with spiked floor, jump to the second block(with exit to top-left), carefully move to very edge of the block(towards the bottom-left side of the room, one with the arrow), check the map so that you know for sure you are off the block(gently tap the d-pad) while standing on it and then jump across the gap and take the bottom-left exit.

The orange room with conveyor belts bit tricky but with careful timing it should be too hard.

In the green room take the bottom-left exit, the other one is an trap, dont enter there unless you want to do the whole area again.

Now move along the path, you should arrive back near the entrance but in the higher area, and because you hit the grey detonator the path to spike trials is now open.

In the yellow room, grab the block and drop it next to the wall, do two grab jumps while standing on the dropped block and hold the d-pad down to get over it, dont dump into the skeleton. And then move along the path.

Now you are at back at the entrance, now you can go back to the spike trials area.

Backtrack until you are on the new castle area, move towards to the upmost large room and take the top-left exit and the area is now open as you hit the grey detonator. 

This path will lead to ending and is one way only, so if you are ready, go there.

In the final room, use the block to get across by doing grab jump on top of the of the pick-able block or use yellow potion if you have any left and enter the room.
